Job Title: Creative Content Manager
Location: London (With some travel to Brighton)

Role Overview:
The Creative Content Manager will oversee the planning, creation, and management of all content across our digital and print platforms, ensuring it aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals.
This role requires creativity, strong organisational skills, and a sharp eye for design to deliver high-quality content that resonates with our audience and elevates our brand presence.
We’re a family run company and small team so you, like a lot of the team, will have a varied role that goes between making sure our showroom and pop-ups look good, working on socials, getting assets to our marketing and PR partners, and helping with graphic design.
You’ll be really hands on, sometimes making content, sometimes working with others - always with the honesty and hand-made-ness of Story mfg.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management
• Schedule, create and edit content for social media, blogs, email newsletters, and websites.
• Design, layout, and produce printed content such as lookbooks, brochures, packaging materials, and other marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with designers and internal teams to source behind-the-scenes (BTS) images and assets to give customers insight into how we make things.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and supports marketing objectives.
Editorial Calendar & Scheduling
• Maintain a content calendar to track deadlines, publishing schedules, and campaign plans.
• Prioritise content production based on product launches, promotions, and events.
• Schedule and publish posts across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and others, ensuring consistency in tone and visuals.
PR and Media Relations Support
• Collaborate with our press agency to provide content, information, and assets for press releases and media outreach.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather data, quotes, and background information for media requests.
• Ensure our PR team has the necessary stock, cutouts, and assets for their showroom and pull requests.
Content Optimisation & Reporting
• Analyse content performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Provide regular reports on key metrics and recommend strategies to optimise engagement.
Shoot Planning & Production
• Plan and produce shoots for ecom and editorial, suggesting and booking photographers, locations, stylists, models, transport etc.
• Coordinate with photographers, stylists, and models to ensure high-quality visuals that align with brand standards.
• Oversee logistics, schedules, and deliverables for photoshoots.
• Review and select final images for use across platforms.
Content Maintenance
• Regularly audit and update website content to ensure it is accurate and up to date.
• Identify opportunities to repurpose or refresh older content.
Art Direction & Brand Book Management
• Maintain a comprehensive brand book outlining visual and tonal guidelines.
• Provide feedback to creative teams to ensure content adheres to the brand’s aesthetic and identity.
• Use strong artistic instincts to ensure visuals are bold, innovative, and reflective of brand identity.
About You:
• Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and brand strategy.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.) with a strong eye for art direction and graphic design.
• Skilled in video production and editing, with the ability to create engaging, high-quality video content.
• Experience in designing, laying out, and producing print content such as lookbooks, brochures, and marketing materials.
• Passionate about social media, with a strong understanding of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and emerging trends.
• Strong opinions on visual storytelling and a keen ability to spot what works.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Collaborative mindset, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
